I suggest you check in the vehicle handbook to make sure but I think the washer fuse is a shared fuse and if everything else works the problem is unlikely to be a fuse. I suggest you check the washer pump first as these fail fairly regularly, either because water has leaked into the motor or because of corroded

You only really need to remove the screws in the front section of the arch liner and then pull it back to expose the pump/washer bottle, its located between the bumper and the front section of arch liner. He said he removed this and the pipe that connected in to the elbow he connected straight to the bottle and that this solved the problem.

Apr 30, 2010 · My driver side windshield wiper quit working while using. The problem turned out to be the linkage under the cowl. I replaced the linkage, now i have a problem with the wipers stopping in the middle of the windshield. During full sweep they work great but they park in the middle. Any suggestions? And yes i tried to adjust the wiper arms.
I used some compressed air and fed it through the windshield washer line (disconnect the line from the assembly under the hood) to unclog the filter (you will hear bubbles once the debris is out of the pump/filter/line). To do this the right way, you need to pull out the tank, empty it, and clean it out.
